Left Campos to go to Itaperuna. Arrived just before lunch as usual. Met be a few Rotarins and Meryellen. Had a nice relaxing lunch and our host (Pedro) turned up just after we had finished as he was working - his wife was in Campos for the day - we had been paired up again (boys and girls) so Raf and I are together again

Had the afternoon to ourselves so decided to go for a walk in to town across the river. Plenty of general shops as expected in a busy town - had a nice big coffee for a change. We came back and I decided to have a dip in the pool before having a shower and then relaxing until 18:30.

The the main event - a question and answer session organisaed by students at the college that Meryellen went too - over 200 seemed to turn up. Was 3 bands playing and a presentation by ME - we then had to answer a series of questions from students and once again Raf was popular with the ladies!! This lasted until nearly 21:00 and then we went to the Rotary club but were not required to do a presentation - just brief introduction and a short interview for the local TV station.

Afterwards went to a bar where they serve nearly frozen beer and had some snacks (chips and sausge) before heading home.
